At the beginning of the lunar month, At sunset, at the day of the conjunction, (where the new moon can be seen with naked eye), this vision of new moon Never exceed the 40 east,(at right) (makkah line, Ml: M), or more precisely Arafat line.
At The end of the lunar month, at dawn, at the day of the conjunction, (where, old crescent can be seen with naked eye), this vision of old crescent never exceeds the 140 west,(at left) (moonless mountains line,Mml:O) ,
These (02) lines (M and O), are the …lunar changing date lines (usually alternating),
One of these (02) lines should be...the Solar changing date line (International Date Line): the line of the ocean (the 140 'west ', which becomes the 180, the 40 ' east' becomes 00)
    Conclusion:
Originally, the solar calendar (Gregorian) follows lunar calendar ,not the opposite.
Then, we know where, the changing date line, will fixed ...at 180 degree, or ...somewhere else!
…And it’s opposite: the ''Greenwich'' line.
    ….your point of view ?
