Dear Brothers & Sisters

Assalaamu Alaikkum Wa Rahmathullaahi wa Barakaathu hu

On last Tuesday (16 Sep)  the moon was exactly half at Fajr time.

On next day, Wednesday though there was a very minute  concavity on the moon
the horns were not distinct.   But on the following day, Yesterday   (Thursday) the big
crescent of Last Quarter was seen with very distinct horns indicating that the coming
Thursday (25 Sep)  will be the 1st of Zul Hijjah 1435.

Today (Friday) moon was seen at Fajr at an altitude of about 50 degrees with an
illumination about less than 25%.

Please keep watching the moon everyday at Fajr.  You can see the last visible phase of
moon for this month of  Zul Qaida ( AL URJOONIL  QADEEM - Noble Qur'an 36:39)
on Tuesday (23 Sep) at Fajr.  Wednesday is  Conjunction Day, so the last day of the
month.  No where in the world waning crescent will be seen on that day.

Hence, THURSDAY (25 Sep) is 1st of ZUL HIJJAH 1435.

In order to refresh your memory, we would like to state that the first visible phase of
SETTING moon for Zul Qaida was seen on Tuesday (26 Aug) which  belonged to the
first day of the month or in other words it appeared after the day-light part of
the first day  (Tuesday) was over.  This SETTING moon belonged to Tuesday and not to
the day-light part of Wednesday,  as believed by the majority of Muslims.   Jewish
tradition makes one  wrongly believe that this first crescent seen on Tuesday at Sun-set
belonged to Wednesday !!

The First Quarter of Zul Qaida was on Tuesday (2nd Sep); Full Moon was on 15th Zul Qaida
on Tuesday (9th Sep)  and Last Qaurter was on 22nd Zul Qaida again a Tuesday (16th Sep).
The last visible one  (al urjoonal qadeem) will be seen on 29th of Zul Qaida - Tuesday
(23rd Sep).   Wednesday (24th Sep) is the 30th day of Zul Qaida 1435.  The 30 days of
Zul Qaidha will be completed on that Wednesday.

Hence, it is certain that according to the moon-phases which Noble Qur'an
states as showing the dates for Mankind and for Hajj (2:189), THURSDAY (25 Sep)
is 1st of ZUL HIJJAH 1435.

All are requested to correct their dates accordingly.

The authorities of Saudi Government are requested to  do the needful so that Zul Hijjah starts
on Thursday (25 Sep)  and that the Day of Arafath falls on Friday (3rd October) and Eidul Adha
on Saturday (4th of Oct).

May Almighty Allah forgive  sins, errors and faults of all of us and may He, the Almighty
provide all of us with a place in Jannathul Firdouse.  Aameen

Wa salaam
